This seminar explains several real estate related issues including: interest limitations for personal residences; foreclosures of personal residences and rentals; personal use of vacation property under IRC Section 280A, the revised Schedule E; and, late elections to aggregate rentals for real estate professionals under Revenue Procedure 2011-34.
